I am an expert witness in a legal malpractice case where an unqualified lawyer screwed up a labor case. I just got done reading his deposition. This guy is too stupid to live and I hate him.

My wife is criminal defense attorney. The amount of stupid shit I hear about that lawyers and judges do on regular bases astonishes me. Apparently, years of Law school and passing the bar are not really enough to weed the idiots.

My wife used to work for a law firm. One day the managing partner came in and proudly announced that he’d done an online IQ test and scored 100! True story, I swear (also, I’ve  met the guy - 100 was a good score).
